How to paint a post office . . .

At the moment, I'm working on a small (10 inch by 8 inch) acrylic painting of a little building that I often drive past when I'm going to Ormskirk. I'm not sure how long the Post Office at Newburgh has been there for, but there are a lot of seventeenth and eighteenth century brick buildings in the village. This is how it's looking after two painting sessions . . .
